The RIDE Service Center Parts Representative & Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing daily parts operations and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and functional. This dual role plays a key part in supporting technicians and customers by providing timely parts and maintaining an organized, well-maintained office environment. This role does not require travel and is based full-time at the service center.

The RIDE Service Center Parts Representative & Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing daily parts operations and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and functional. Primary Responsibilities:
Parts Operations
- Receive, issue, and track parts required for service work orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory using systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Process purchase requests and communicate with vendors to ensure timely part deliveries.
- Label, organize, and store incoming parts for easy technician access.
- Coordinate with the warranty team to ensure proper documentation for warranty and non-warranty parts.
- Support technicians and customers with parts for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections.
- Return defective or unused parts as needed.
- Perform daily walk-throughs of the facility to identify maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues.
- Ensure service bays, parts rooms, break areas, and common spaces are clean, organized, and safe.
- Restock PPE supplies, cleaning materials, and facility consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance, cleaning services, or minor repairs—under guidance from the Service Manager.
- Enforce site safety practices in accordance with OSHA and company policy.
- Assist with preparing the facility for audits, inspections, or customer visits.
- Maintain logs for facility-related issues, safety walkthroughs, and corrective actions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework preferred.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse, parts, or facility coordination roles.
- Familiarity with electric or diesel vehicle service operations is a plus.
- Experience with inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse tools or equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a service bay/shop environment.
- Basic knowledge of facility safety and cleanliness standards.
- This position does not require travel.
