We are looking for a dependable individual to join our lawn care and landscaping team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Mowing residential and commercial properties with attention to detail.
- String trimming around buildings, fences, trees, and landscape beds.
- Edging sidewalks, driveways, and curbs to maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Blowing grass clippings and debris from hard surfaces after service.
- Applying weed control treatments in landscape beds and other designated areas.
- Trimming and shaping shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants.
- Assisting with seasonal landscape maintenance projects.
- Operating lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all properties meet company quality standards before leaving the site.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
