Key Responsibilities
- Sort laundry by type, customer, color, or cleaning requirements
- Load and unload washers, dryers, and other commercial laundry equipment
- Fold, stack, hang, press, or finish clean laundry items
- Inspect linens and laundry for quality, stains, damage, or missing items
- Pack, label, and stage completed orders for delivery
- Move laundry bags, carts, and supplies throughout the facility
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and productivity
- Communicate with supervisors about equipment issues, order concerns, or supply needs
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assist in different departments as needed
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, warehouse, production, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to stand, move, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Comfortable working around commercial laundry equipment, heat, noise, and fast-moving production areas
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity
