We’re seeking an Experienced Baker to join our vibrant team at our Harvard location. This early-morning position is perfect for an upbeat, energetic individual with a passion for producing top-notch baked goods. As a key member of our bakery, you’ll help craft everything from artisan breads to delectable pastries, ensuring our customers start their day with a smile. All positions are currently open, and we’re excited to welcome a skilled baker to our family!
What You’ll Do
- Create Delicious Baked Goods: Mix a variety of doughs and batters, including breads, danishes, fried dough, cookies, and more, following our signature recipes.
- Ensure Quality: Produce high-quality baked goods with consistent taste, texture, and presentation that meet our exacting standards.
- Manage Production: Execute daily production schedules efficiently to ensure fresh products are ready for our customers.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to maintain a positive, productive, and creative bakery atmosphere.
