Job Title: Sales and Operations Coordinator

Role Description
The Sales and Operations Coordinator is a critical position for this growing multi-channel, vertically integrated brand. This role will focus on coordination and administration of the sales and operations activities. This position is hybrid with minimum 3 days per week in-office and based in the Los Angeles area.
What You’ll Do
Supply Chain
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient material movement between suppliers and warehouses.
- Carrier Coordination: Manage freight bookings, track shipments, and optimize shipping routes while maintaining the control tower with inbound purchase order information.
- Order Processing & Procurement: Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and the procurement process for goods and services.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve operational bottlenecks, delays, or transit issues to ensure continuous production schedules and mitigate OOS.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records using tools such as NetSuite and Excel
Sales Operations:
Manage new item set up process, ensuring forms and assets are delivered on time. Partner w/ demand planning on new product/seasonal launch allocations. Regularly update sell sheets and product information with retailers consistent w/ marketing and regulatory updates.
Sales Order Management: Partner with operations and project management teams to align on ship dates and inventory availability dates
Retail Data Management: Maintain accurate assortment grids, chargebacks, POs, pricing lists, sell sheets, SKU lists, vendor agreements and other forms.
Sales & Retailer Event Coordination Coordinate planning, set up and clean up of retailer events.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years warehouse/supply chain operations experience across purchasing procedures, inventory control, logistics, demand planning
- Proficiency in supply chain software (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive
- Strong data entry, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Bilingual, English and Spanish, is a plus
