Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and client-focused professional to lead audit and attestation engagements while building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, mentor team members, and provide strategic financial insights in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements, including audit and attestation services from planning through completion
- Oversee project timelines, staffing, and overall execution to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships
- Support internal operations, workflow efficiency, and staff development initiatives
- Contribute to business development efforts and represent the firm within the community
- Develop industry expertise and support firm-wide programs and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate effectively with external auditors
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to client management
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational goals

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
