We’re increasing our team to support the US Army Comprehensive Modernization (COMPMOD). The program includes conducting survey and design, engineer, furnish, install, secure, and test (EFIS&T) solutions to include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization at U.S. Army Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS).

- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop Supply Chain Risk Management Plan
- Work closely with Army customer
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure risk mitigation measures are in place
- Conduct risk assessments and audits of suppliers and logistics partners
- Maintain and update risk management policies, procedures, and documentation
- Communicate risk findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
- Track and report on key risk indicators and metrics
- Develop and conduct training programs on supply chain risk management for internal teams
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to supply chain risk management
- Coordinate responses to supply chain disruptions, including crisis management and business continuity planning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls and make recommendations for improvement
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure risk is appropriately managed in contracts
- Lead cross-functional teams in risk mitigation projects and initiatives
- Utilize risk management software and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of risk assessments
- Experience working Army logistics and risk management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or risk management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement practices
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to supply chain risk management
- Ability to conduct detailed risk assessments and audits
- Experience in crisis management and continuity planning
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs on supply chain risk management
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging risks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Certification in supply chain or risk management is a plus (e.g., CSCP, CRISC)
- Experience working with the Army
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to lift 30LBs
