- Implements, audits, and refines both policy-level and technical-level cybersecurity controls, including but not limited to those specified in NIST SP 800.53.
- Implements NIST SP 800.37, maintains existing favorable accreditation.
- Generates and maintains physical/logical system architecture drawings and information flow drawings.
- Generates and maintains system hardware and software lists.
- Reviews system documentation and recommends and implements improvements.
- Performs system security audits frequently and works with the senior systems engineers to mitigate and remediate system vulnerabilities.
- Participates in incident response as appropriate.
- Provides expertise on overall system design from a security perspective.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (5/7 years)
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements
- Experience with implementation, auditing and refining controls specified in NIST SP 800.53
- 2-5 years of experience performing system security audits
- Active Secret Clearance
