LIST OF OPENINGS:
Quality Control Inspector I
- AS Degree in a relevant field
- 2 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in technical inspection of manufacturing operations and manufacturing technologies, including the use of measurement & test equipment, such as voltmeters, calipers, and micrometers
- Ability to use physical dimension test measuring devices
- Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and use MS Word to create documents
- Familiarity with ISO or Government quality standards
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings and specifications
- A working knowledge of IPC-A- 610, IPC-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 standards
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined in the ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
Electro-mechanical Assembler
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years' experience in soldering, cabling and crimping with proven proficiency in electro-mechanical assembly/rework experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read, comprehend and work from written work instructions and drawings technical in nature.
- Soldering experience using IPC J standard, and building assemblies using IPC 620 standards
- Able to perform a variety of operations to assemble/rework/modify electronic and electromechanical products to include performing circuit card assembly and repair; using hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, soldering irons, and ESD monitoring system
- Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined in the ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
- Soldering experience using IPC J standard, and building assemblies using IPC 620 standards
Production Test Technician
- Degree in Electronic Technology, Simulation Technology or equivalent and 2 experience in electronic component repair is required for this position. Training and experience in an equivalent MOS is acceptable.
- Experience building, testing, troubleshooting, installing and repairing computer systems and computer-based training systems.
- Experience with computer hardware and network equipment, as well as the installation and execution of application software and operating system packages.
- Ability to read and work to schematic diagrams, wire lists, engineering drawings and sketches.
- Candidates must be U.S. Persons as defined in the ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
