Job Title: Full Spectrum Operations LLC
Overview:
By Light Professional IT Services LLC is partnering with American Communication Solutions LLC to support the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) and other communication systems at various military bases in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service, network operations, and telecommunications.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Customer Service Desk for telecommunications technology support.
- Ensure trouble tickets are submitted and maintained in a database.
- Support customer telephone requirements and process requests for moves, adds, and changes.
- Maintain files and forward communications trouble tickets as needed.
- Process after-duty hour emergency maintenance requests and collect customer billing data.
- Maintain the TMS database and generate reports as required.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Three years of customer service desk experience.
- User-level experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Products, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Fluent in English, including technical terms used in IT, network routing, and telecommunications.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the U.S. Army or other DoD agencies.
- Effective communication skills to interface with senior military officials and subordinates.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance:
- Secret Security Clearance
