Responsibilities
- Support administration and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) systems and network infrastructure.
- Assist with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration and support.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of OT-related systems and devices.
- Work with technologies including camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.
- Support infrastructure monitoring and operational readiness activities.
- Assist with system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems, Operational Technology, or networking.
- Experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration.
- Experience supporting camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
- Active Secret Clearance required.
