Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to order picking, materials handling, and inventory management. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using order picking equipment such as pallet jacks and clamp trucks.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment by ensuring that all items are stored correctly and safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Follow OSHA regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling equipment is advantageous.
- Experience operating pallet jacks or clamp trucks is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices within a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.

- (Required**) Must be able to work every Mon-Wed 8:30a-1:30p
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must pass phone interview before progressing to in-person interview.
