Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that support the company’s long-term vision and goals.
  • Lead and supervise cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations across departments.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying effective solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure operational efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
  • Manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
  • Lead change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions, organizational shifts, or technological advancements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and clients, to support business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  • Partner with the CEO to shape long‑term organizational strategy
  • Support new center openings and acquisitions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management with a track record of leading large teams in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and implement effective cost-control measures.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and experience in expanding organizational reach or market share.
  • Relevant experience in managing complex programs or initiatives that require coordination across multiple departments.
