Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Rogers, AR for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will assist in the planning, design, and execution of development projects, ensuring quality, compliance with AHJ regulations, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include preparing design calculations, construction documents, and technical reports, as well as collaborating with internal teams, clients, city staff, and other consultants as needed to ensure project success. The Project Engineer may prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and assist with proposals and business development. The Project Engineer may also travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2 years of related civil engineering experience
- Proficient in Civil 3D software
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Familiarity with development codes and permit processes in NWA is a plus
- EI/EIT certification. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
