I’m putting together a small install team for a commercial outdoor project in Chapel Hill and looking for 2–3 dependable installers to join.
This is a pre-engineered aluminum roof system install on an already completed structure. No structural build, no steel work — everything is designed, delivered, and ready to install.
You’ll be working alongside a factory lead technician, so the sequence is clear and support is there on-site.
Scope includes:
• Setting and assembling aluminum beams and components
• Installing motorized louver roof sections
• Basic alignment, fastening, and finishing details
• Coordinating as a small team to keep things moving
What to expect:
• Clean, well-organized jobsite
• Materials prepped and ready — not a trial-and-error build
• Steady pace over multiple days (not a rush job)
• Professional commercial environment
Good fit if you:
• Have experience with pergolas, aluminum, glazing, or similar installs
• Show up on time and work well with a small crew
• Care about straight lines, clean finishes, and doing it right
This project is part of a larger rollout, so there’s opportunity for additional work if it’s a good fit.
