By Bonnie Jewelry is a luxury fine jewelry atelier specializing in bespoke engagement rings and exceptional diamond jewelry. We are seeking a full-time Jewelry Showroom Sales Associate / Manager to join our team in our Burlingame showroom.
This position is ideal for someone with fine jewelry sales experience who enjoys working in a boutique environment and providing exceptional client service.
Job Details
Location: Burlingame, CA
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Compensation: $30–$32 per hour (or higher depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with engagement rings and fine jewelry purchases
- Provide excellent client service and product education
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Handle shipping and receiving of jewelry packages
- Prepare and process shipments securely
- Refill and organize jewelry displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom environment
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, pickups, and follow-ups
- Support general operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1–5 years of full-time jewelry sales experience required
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable working with high-value merchandise
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail
- Knowledge of diamonds and engagement rings
- Experience with shipping or order management systems
