Location: Remote
Pay: $26.00 to $31.17 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime
We are hiring a ServiceTitan Marketing Specialist to support HVAC and home service companies across the country. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked inside ServiceTitan and understands how to build, troubleshoot, and improve systems that directly impact business performance.
If you have experience creating workflows, running reports, managing memberships, or supporting dispatch and accounting functions inside ServiceTitan, this role allows you to apply that knowledge across multiple businesses while working fully remote.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using ServiceTitan in a home service environment.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly inside ServiceTitan to build and improve workflows, reports, dashboards, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot issues and guide clients through solutions via email and virtual meetings
- Support accounting processes such as batching, job costing, and reporting
- Set up and manage memberships, recurring services, and automated billing
- Create estimates, proposals, and customized system setups based on client needs
- Train clients on ServiceTitan features, best practices, and workflows
- Document processes and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and ServiceTitan support to resolve open items
- Deliver client-facing reports and performance updates
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan is required
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
- Experience with workflows, reporting, memberships, dispatch, or accounting functions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Experience with CRM or marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is a plus
