We are looking for Pay Per Click (Paid ads) Specialist to join our growing team, someone who is highly productive while working independently and as a team, has experience with Google paid ads or similar platforms, analyzing data and key performance indicators, and providing excellent customer service and communication with clients.
Job Title: Manager of Paid Ads
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am - 6:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $90,000 salaried, depending on experience

Position Summary: The Manager of Paid Ads leads BxB Media's paid advertising team and is accountable for the quality, performance and profitability of paid media across the client portfolio. The Manager directly supervises a team of 3–5 Paid Media Specialists who build and manage campaigns primarily within Google Ads, including Local Services Ads (LSA), Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen, with paid social on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as a secondary channel. This is a hands-on leadership role: the Manager sets campaign standards and strategy, reviews and improves the team's work, and steps in directly on complex or at-risk accounts. The role is measured on the results that matter to trades businesses, qualified leads and booked jobs at a profitable cost, not just clicks and impressions. The Manager serves as the senior paid media point of contact for escalations, translating performance data into plain language for contractors with varying levels of marketing knowledge, and works closely with coaching, creative, website and project management teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5 years Google paid ads management experience
- 5 years of experience managing, coaching, or supervising a team.
- Google AdWords, Search, Display and Video Ad Certifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Local Services Ads, Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns
- Experience running paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing paid media for local or service-based businesses; home services or trades experience preferred
- Experience overseeing a large portfolio of client accounts across team members and $2-3M in monthly ad spend
- Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators
- CRM database experience
- High communicator via phone and email
- Customer service focused
- Innovative, curious, and highly motivated
- HVAC or similar industry experience desired
