Title Reviewer

BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an “AV” rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in our Rockville, MD office. This position is full time (currently an on-site office position) and will serve as a Notices Specialist tasked with drafting, proofing, and placing legal notices associated with client files. Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor federal and local databases for affected cases (pacer/SCRA);
• Review and analyze land record title reports;
• Independently manage a workload with minimal supervision;
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare and send statutory notices;
• Monitors IRS and US Government notices;
• Communicates with clients, borrowers and management regarding instructions for processing and providing status updates;
• Review and enter data accurately into several database and client systems;
• Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements; 
• May be required to assist supervisory staff and other team members with data entry tasks required to process client case files; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Superior writing, proof-reading, and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of English grammar and spelling rules and the ability to proofread publications are essential.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy is a must.
• The ability to perform in a paperless environment and navigate through a variety of software and web-based systems is required.
• Previous bankruptcy, foreclosure mortgage servicing, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus.
• Previous office experience is preferred.
