About The Role
We have immediate openings for experienced Forklift Operators on both 1st and 2nd shift. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, pallets, and products throughout our facility — supporting receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.
Available Shifts
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and containers efficiently and without damage.
- Transport pallets and materials to designated storage locations per warehouse layout and slotting rules.
- Conduct daily pre-shift OSHA-compliant equipment inspections and report defects to maintenance.
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners or WMS terminals to maintain accurate stock records.
- Stage outbound freight per pick lists, BOLs, and shipping schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and travel lanes per 5S housekeeping standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, PPE requirements, and facility traffic management rules.
- 1 year forklift operation in warehouse or DC.
- Reach truck or order picker experience preferred.
- RF scanner / WMS familiarity a plus.
- High-bay racking experience (30' preferred).
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Work in varying temperatures as needed.
- Wear required PPE throughout shift.
- Strong safety mindset — zero-compromise.
- Attention to detail with inventory accuracy.
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-directed.
