What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Member position at BWS LANDSCAPING?

What You’ll Do
- Perform commercial landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general cleanup.
- Assist with pruning, mulching, planting, fertilization, and other landscape services.
- Safely operate hand tools, mowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Work alongside your crew to complete each property safely and efficiently.
- Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with snow and ice operations during the winter when needed.
- Participate in training and learn new skills that can lead to greater responsibility and advancement.
What We’re Looking For

- Landscaping or lawn-care experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required.
