• Welcoming and Hospitality:

- Be the Face of Our Experience: Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, making every visitor feel special and valued. 

- Cocktail Craftsmanship: Mix up delicious drinks while sharing your passion for craft cocktails and the art of mixology. 

- Storytelling: Dive into the rich history of our distillery, captivating guests with fascinating tales of the distillation process. 

• Guided Tours and Experiences:

- Engaging Tours: Lead thrilling tours, sharing your in-depth knowledge about distillation and our craft. 

- ATV Adventures: Take guests on exciting ATV tours through the picturesque woods surrounding our distillery. 

- Mixology Masterclasses: Facilitate interactive mixology classes and tastings that elevate our guests’ understanding and enjoyment of craft beverages. 

• Opening and Closing Duties:

- Behind-the-Scenes Excellence: Assist with setup and preparation, ensuring the welcome center is ready for tours and events. 

- Cleanup Crew: Help with post-event breakdown, ensuring everything is spick and span for the next experience. 

• Adaptable Support:

- Team Player: Jump in to assist with various tasks as needed, thriving in our dynamic and fun work environment.

• Requirements:

- Age: Must be at least 21 years old. 

- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain an Alcohol Serving License from the State of Indiana. 

- Physical Abilities: Be prepared to kneel, bend, squat, and lift throughout your shift. 

- Communication Skills: Exhibit clear and professional communication with customers, supervisors, and colleagues. 

• Job Types:

- Part-time or Full Time

- Temporary 

• Compensation:

- Salary: $15.00 tips
