Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property.
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and visitors.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for staff and guests.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment is required. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Daily hours tend to be from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Reliable transportation is required.
