We are looking for a Purchasing Agent who thrives under pressure, refuses to accept “out of stock,” and finds a way—every single time.
This Is Not a Typical Purchasing Role
This is not a “send an RFQ, wait a week, and hope for the best” job.
This is:
Calling 20 vendors before noon
Finding material others say doesn’t exist
Solving problems in hours—not weeks
Keeping production moving no matter what

What You’ll Do
Source critical materials, components, and equipment for high-speed manufacturing
Hunt globally for availability—no vendor stone left unturned
Drive suppliers to meet aggressive delivery timelines
Work directly with production, engineering, and scheduling teams to eliminate downtime
Anticipate shortages before they happen and solve them before they hit the floor
Expedite, escalate, and execute—daily
Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
