Planner / Scheduler – Turnkey Performer (Zero Training Required)
We are looking for a true operator — a Planner/Scheduler who walks in on day one and takes control of the schedule without training, hand-holding, or excuses. This is not a learning role. This is a performance role.
You already know what good looks like. You’ve built and driven schedules in high-output manufacturing environments. You understand that a schedule is not a document — it is a commitment to execution.
What You Will Do
- Own the entire production schedule — from release to delivery
- Know every movement in the shop at all times (materials, labor, bottlenecks, constraints)
- Build schedules using data — not guesses, not opinions
- Ensure schedules meet customer deadlines — period
- Identify issues before they happen and eliminate them
- When something falls behind, immediately create and execute a recovery plan
- Coordinate with materials, production, and leadership to ensure everything is staged and ready
- Plan overtime intentionally, not as a surprise at the end of the shift
- Align material availability with production so the shop never waits
- Drive daily accountability — production managers know their targets and hit them
