IT Specialist

Bentley is hiring an IT Specialist to own day-to-day technology operations for a fast-growing industrial company. This is not a help desk role. We need someone who is excited by the opportunity to take ownership, build processes, and work diligently.

What This Job Actually Is

You will be the primary IT contact for staff across 2 Greeley locations. Your job is to:

• Keep systems and users running; hardware, software, connectivity, and access
• Build and maintain processes for user setup, offboarding, and account management
• Coordinate with our managed IT group on tickets, infrastructure, and escalations
• Maintain IT asset inventory: hardware, licensing, lifecycle management
• Enforce basic security practices: access controls, MFA, acceptable use
• Grow into AD Domain administration, Azure administration, and server/networking as the company expands

Helpful Background

• 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience
• Hands-on familiarity with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Any exposure to Azure, Active Directory, or basic networking
• CompTIA A , Network , or similar (studying counts)
• SQL/database systems familiarity

Bentley is a fast-growing industrial fabrication and field services company. We are investing in the systems and people that support rapid expansion, including multiple sites in the near term. This role has a direct path to IT head. Competitive compensation is tied to scope expansion.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.11 per hour
