We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform clerical duties.
More specifically, you will:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Assist in coordinating travel and trade shows.
- Provide administrative support.
- Serve as support for sales and marketing.
- Entering phone and will call orders.
- Call on existing and potential customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the overall business success and needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will:
