Job Description of an OTR Driver
- Long-distance driving
- Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
- Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
- Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
- Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Electronic Logs
- Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
- Support and comply with company policies and procedures as applicable
- Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude
Job Requirements as an OTR Driver:
- Current CDL A License
- A clean driving record
- Current DOT physical
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Familiar with traffic laws and rules required to rest and maximum miles driven

We are offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus - $2,000 first month, $2,000 at 6 months!
We offer $.5890 per mile, $10 for each additional stop and $25/hour detention pay.
