What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support position at BWB-NSI?
BWP-NSI is a wholesale supplier of heavy duty truck and trailer parts. We are a growing, small business that is looking for someone to help maintain and improve our current information systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for current staff of 25 employees seeking assistance with computers and phones. Work will be performed at our facility in St Clair, MO
- Perform new installs and upgrades of phone, computer, and security systems.
- Identify and recommend possible improvements on procedures
- Assist in maintaining upgrading our website
Required Skills:
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Excellent communication skills
This is a part time position and work would be all on site.
