BW SOFTWARE US CORP is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology-enabled infrastructure and capital projects. This hybrid role combines traditional construction project management with technology delivery, overseeing project teams, digital systems, stakeholder coordination, and project execution across complex public and private sector initiatives.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large-scale construction programs while successfully implementing project technologies such as PMIS, reporting platforms, scheduling tools, and digital collaboration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and construction technology projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, consultants, technology vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
- Develop executive dashboards, project reporting, and performance metrics.
- Review construction progress, monitor project controls, and resolve project issues.
- Facilitate meetings with owners, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior project managers and project coordinators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- 12β15 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, transportation, transit, or capital construction projects.
- Experience integrating technology into construction delivery, including PMIS and digital reporting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Experience with PMIS platforms such as Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or enterprise reporting tools.
- Experience supporting public agencies or large engineering consulting firms.
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule requiring three (3) days onsite in the Seattle metropolitan area.
- Occasional travel to project sites and client locations.
