The Electrical Assembler installs, wires, assembles, and tests electrical components and control systems on company-produced equipment. The role requires the ability to read complex electrical schematics, perform precise wiring and terminations, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support machine testing.

Job Description:
The Electrical Assembler installs, wires, assembles, and tests electrical components and control systems on company-produced equipment. The role requires the ability to read complex electrical schematics, perform precise wiring and terminations, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support machine testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders.
- Assemble and wire control panels, switch boxes, terminal boards, and electrical systems.
- Check wiring for proper coding, continuity, shorts, grounds, and terminations.
- Participate in machine testing, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
- Identify quality, material, and design issues and recommend improvements.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Lead, coach, and train less-experienced team members.
- Maintain workflow, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and support process improvements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Maintain reliable attendance and work overtime as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4–6 years of electrical assembly or related industrial electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical concepts and components.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
