Experienced Dispatcher Assistant Needed – Summerville, SC
Do you thrive in the fast lane of logistics? We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher Assistant who can keep up with the pace, stay organized under pressure, and help keep our drivers moving and customers satisfied.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Entering and managing work orders
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Supporting scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Updating bills of lading and driver paperwork
- Providing high-level customer service
- Participating in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous dispatch or logistics experience preferred
