BW Industrial Construction is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across industrial, commercial, and municipal/city projects in the United States. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify new opportunities, strengthen relationships with domestic clients, and support early‑stage project positioning. Candidates should have a strong background in industrial or commercial construction, with a proven ability to cultivate client relationships and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify industrial, commercial, and municipal opportunities.
- Grow BW’s presence with city agencies, owners, and EPC partners.
- Analyze client needs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or other construction disciplines.
- Develop and execute U.S. market sales strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Support pre‑sales, proposals, and early project discussions.
- Coordinate smooth handoff to estimating and operations.
Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales engineering within construction and engineering sectors, with a focus on data centers, industrial and/or municipal/city projects.
- Demonstrated success in building and leveraging active contacts to generate new opportunities.
- Proven relationship‑building skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. construction markets
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in industrial or commercial construction business development will be considered.
- Ability to get contract from the clients.
