Looking for Someone Who Wants More Than Just Another Construction Job
BW Enterprises | Duluth, MN
We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of construction experience who's ready to put their bags on and work hard, learn fast, and grow with us.
Most days you'll be building saunas, garages, shops, additions, and smaller homes. We stay busy with practical new construction projects and like seeing things get built the right way.
We're also building BW Sauna, a custom sauna company shipping saunas all over the country. When the weather is too nasty for field work, you'll head into the shop and help build custom saunas instead. Check out BW Sauna and you'll get a pretty good idea of what we're all about.
We're a small crew, and that's exactly how we like it. We care way more about who we're building with than what we're building. Skills can be taught. Attitude, work ethic, and showing up for your team can't.
