Role Description
This full-time role is based in Monroe, Michigan, with an in-office work environment preferred. The Construction & Property Operations Assistant supports daily operations across construction and property management activities, helping ensure organization, efficiency, and consistency across projects.
Responsibilities include managing project documentation, assisting with scheduling, coordinating with clients and vendors, supporting operational planning, and providing administrative and operational support to ownership and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to manage and organize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret data effectively to support decision-making and project planning.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency with basic office software and project management tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in construction, property management, or related industries is a plus.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field is advantageous.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time preferred (part-time possible)
- Monday–Friday with some flexibility
- $22–$28/hour depending on experience
- Salary option for experienced candidates
