Community Outreach Representative

We are currently looking for Community Outreach Representatives to offer phones &/or sim services to qualifying individuals!

Help eligible individuals enroll in free or low-cost wireless and internet assistance programs through community outreach events and local partnerships.

Position Overview:

BW Connect is expanding and seeking motivated Independent Contractors or Master Agents (with existing teams) to enroll customers into the Lifeline program. We currently are offering Gen Mobile, Assurance Wireless, TruConnect & EnTouch.

We are also looking for independent contractors to offer internet products & services from over 15 different providers.

This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for experienced wireless sales professionals who are comfortable working outdoors, direct sales, canvassing, events and engaging directly with the public. You can choose to do one or both options as we use flexibility & do not require a set schedule or in office appearances as a requirement!

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

BW Connect provides agents with an exclusive in-field device option as well as BYOD SIM only options!

We believe in the "independent contractor" role being flexible, no set schedule, no minimum hour requirements, no in office appearances or daily/weekly required meetings! You can truly work the programs as you see fit.

Compensation: Upfront Earnings collected per activation (device fee paid by customer directly to YOU!) PLUS backend commission: $10–$15 per approved device activation/$15-$21 per BYOD sim activation. Dependant on provider carrier.

*Strong producers with teams earn significantly more through volume and overrides.

Agents will: Qualify customers for lifeline services, once approved offer the device to qualified customers in the field or a BYOD sim card!

Requirements:

We are looking for professionals who:

✔ Have wireless sales experience

✔ Understand the Lifeline program

✔ Have door-to-door, event, or street canvassing experience

✔ Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

✔ Can operate independently and stay self-motivated

✔ Want to treat this like a full-time income opportunity

Flexibility: This role offers flexibility by setting your own hours, work in your own chosen territories/locations and operate with independence while following program compliance rules

Program Details:

• Currently activating BYOD SIMs in all states with talk, text & data each month. Devices in certain states.
• Agents must collect customer information to make sure they qualify for the program and then activate the SIM or device
• Collect necessary eligibility documents and submit within the agent portal

BW Connect offers agents an in-field device solution at a discounted rate with Assurance Wireless.
