We are looking for someone who is outgoing, full of personality, and will take pride in serving their customers. This is more than just a coffee shop. As a Barista, you may be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a smile - friendly and outgoing.
- Taking accurate coffee orders
- Handling cash drawer, making accurate change
- Correctly learning how to make coffee as ordered.
- Able to follow orders.
- Answering call in orders within 2 rings.
- Working efficiently with other team members.
- Managing water and waste
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Providing legendary customer service to each and every customer
- Inventory
- Maintain cleanliness
