What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member / Barista (Drive-Thru & Quick Serve) position at BW Blacksmith Butte?
BW Blacksmith is looking for dependable, hardworking crew members to join our team! We are currently hiring for both Barista and Grill/Kitchen Crew positions.
Applicants may be hired primarily for one position based on experience, interest, availability, and our current staffing needs. You do not need to work both positions.
Barista Position
Baristas are responsible for:
- Preparing coffee, espresso drinks, energy drinks, and other beverages
- Taking orders and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized drink station
- Stocking products and supplies
- Completing opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
- Working quickly and accurately during busy periods
Grill/Kitchen Position
Grill crew members are responsible for:
- Preparing breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items
- Working grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations
- Following BW recipes, portions, and food-quality standards
- Preparing and stocking ingredients
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Completing opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for people who are reliable, productive, willing to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right people.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Weekend and flexible availability is preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
