BW Blacksmith Grill House is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team in Anaconda!
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy cooking, take pride in the food they prepare, and can keep up in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Our kitchen serves everything from breakfast favorites and burgers to steaks, pasta, and other made-to-order meals. We're looking for people who can work efficiently, maintain quality, and contribute to a strong team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to BW Blacksmith recipes and quality standards.
- Work grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations as assigned.
- Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Keep up with orders during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Complete food prep, stocking, and station setup before and during shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Follow proper food safety, storage, and handling procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house employees.
- Help wherever needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and food quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn multiple kitchen stations.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Availability for some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal kitchen duties.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
