Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following established recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure fresh, safe offerings for guests.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service.
• Support team members with serving food items, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling techniques, and food preparation procedures.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
