Job Summary:
The Senior Manager of Retail Performance leads all retail analytics across North America Directly-Owned-Stores (DOS). Reporting to Senior Director, Retail Performance, this pivotal role is accountable for delivering tools and analysis to Regional Vice Presidents and retail field teams, working in close collaboration with cross-functional partners including CRM, HR, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Learning, and IT. This position will manage an analyst and a rotating management trainee. This candidate will have high visibility across North America, as the key leader in retail analytics, working with Retail and Corporate teams.
Looking for a strong retail leader combining data fluency (dashboards, KPIs, retail analytics tools) with field credibility.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading sales forecasting and target setting for all doors in North America
- Lead the development, streamlining and maintenance of retail performance tools, combining sales performance with KPIs
- Key point-person with retail leaders in the field to review retail analytics and performance
- Identify and monitor key opportunities of improvement in boutiques: leaders and teams
- Develop and manage incentive and compensation elements to drive topline
- Managing annual and quarterly business intelligence and analytical aspects of business planning process between Store Directors and Corporate teams
- Manage competition and network performance
- Lead the development of market decks and executive decks including Budget Planning, 3-Year Plans, and Business Review decks
- Assist Senior Director in organizing of retail activities including annual retail seminars
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience preferred, with strong retail mindset and including progressive experience in retail environment, with a strong analytical mindset using retail data to inform decisions.
- Fluency in key retail performance metrics and analytics
- Experience managing large datasets
- Agile leader with strong communication skills and team spirit
- Technical skills must include Excel. Plus for PowerBI,
- Ambitious self-starter that is interested in pioneering new processes and implementing new strategies for a fast-growing luxury environment
- Quick learner with curiosity and interest in adopting new technologies and processes
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
