Buzzline Roofing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Results Specialist to build and run our entire marketing engine. Compensation begins with a short introductory period ($1,500–$3,500/mo), followed by a performance-based structure with a four-tier advancement path. High performers can grow this role into a $100K–$125K opportunity based entirely on results.

As our Marketing Results Specialist, you will produce compelling video, manage high-performance ads, and execute measurable marketing strategies that directly increase qualified leads and expand our presence.
What You’ll Do
• Produce and edit marketing videos (primary duty)
• Film onsite at job sites, including on roofs, inside active construction zones, in attics, and around ladders and equipment
• Capture content with the team and at active project locations
• Manage digital ads on YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and NextDoor
• Post organic content on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Track performance metrics and optimize for qualified leads
• Attend weekly (10–15 min), monthly (1 hr), and quarterly (2 hr) performance meetings
This role requires the ability to safely climb ladders, access roofs, move through construction environments, carry filming equipment, and work comfortably at heights.

Compensation Structure
The role begins with a short introductory period of approximately 1–3 months (potentially longer depending on ramp-up needs). Introductory compensation ranges from $1,500–$3,500 per month, depending on experience and structure.
After meeting minimum benchmarks, the role transitions into a full performance-pay system with a clearly defined four-tier advancement path. Compensation increases as you consistently achieve and exceed expected marketing and lead-generation milestones. Performance compensation includes lead bonuses, impression bonuses, click bonuses, YouTube view bonuses, and marketing-effectiveness bonuses. This structure provides a clear pathway to a $100K–$125K opportunity based entirely on results.
