Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all guests
- Pour and serve beer with proper technique and presentation
- Educate customers on our tap list, styles, and breweries
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and taproom
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Monitor guest experience and maintain a positive atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending or beertending experience required
- Craft beer knowledge preferred (styles, terminology, tasting notes)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and a team player
- Must meet all state alcohol service requirements
