Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following state board sanitation requirements
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with current grooming trends, techniques, and products
- Collaborate with other barbers and contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Missouri State Barber License
- Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering styles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow clientele and income
