Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements and backlog items.
• Design and implement workflows and process automation using Workflow and Flow Designer.
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items, request workflows, and self-service capabilities.
• Support and improve the Service Portal/Employee Center user experience.
• Maintain and optimize Knowledge Base structures, categorization, and governance.
• Participate in full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, migrations, and module deployments.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, perform solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog, and Request Management).
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
• ServiceNow implementation, migration, or major module deployment experience.
• Strong knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Service Portal/Employee Center customization.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Change Management processes.
• Experience with HRSD and CMDB is a plus.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM) are highly preferred.
