We are hiring a Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing efforts for enhancements and development within Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
This is a senior-level role requiring strong experience in:

Initial Term: 12 Months (June 2026 – May 2027)
Extension: Up to 2 additional years (based on performance & funding)
Location Requirement
Onsite Mandatory: Pierre, South Dakota

Key Responsibilities
Test Leadership & Execution
Create and document detailed test scenarios & cases
Conduct functional and business-side testing
Track defects and support issue resolution/remediation
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with:
Project Managers
IT Teams
Business Stakeholders
Lead and facilitate testing meetings & discussions
System & Impact Analysis
Analyze system changes and their impact across integrated systems
Ensure testing coverage across all dependent programs
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain:
Test results
Defect logs
Feedback reports
Provide insights and findings to stakeholders
Program Support
Participate in:
Research & analysis
Planning & development
Implementation of policy-driven changes
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
Strong experience in Testing Lead / QA Lead roles
Mandatory: Experience with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems)
Experience working on:
