Maintenance Technician
Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085
7% shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Weekend: Rotational weekend coverage
Work Type: Onsite
Interview: Onsite
Local candidates preferred
Must-Have Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2–3 years of maintenance technician experience
- CMS system experience – REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment/systems
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform maintenance
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Preferred
- PLC knowledge
- Apprenticeship, Associate Degree, or Journeyman card
- Experience in manufacturing/chemical/pharmaceutical production facilities
- Equipment failure analysis and preventive maintenance experience
- Experience improving equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical equipment issues.
- Repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
- Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Recommend equipment/process improvements.
- Follow engineering, maintenance, safety, and site procedures.
- Support less-experienced maintenance team members when needed.
