Key Responsibilities
- Schedule specialty care appointments for participants with healthcare providers.
- Coordinate transportation with participants, families, caregivers, and transportation vendors.
- Communicate appointment details and follow up with participants and families.
- Provide reception/front desk support as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate specialty services with the clinical team and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
- Maintain confidential patient information in accordance with organizational policies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives related to specialty care services.
- Assist with general administrative duties and departmental projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree.
- Additional healthcare experience.
- Bilingual in English and one of the following languages:
- Spanish
- Vietnamese
- Chinese

- Farsi
- Russian
Certifications
- CPR Certification (required within 6 months of hire).
