Join Sazerac in a high-impact HR Generalist role supporting our Western Spirits Division. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support key HR programs across the business. You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support
- Support recruiting efforts, including building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives using employee feedback and survey insights
- Contribute to HR process improvements and support training and development programs
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work full-time onsite
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
- Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions
