Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented, Account Executive with strong full-cycle SaaS selling experience, particularly within outbound sales environments. In this role, you will drive outbound pipeline generation while also managing qualified inbound leads to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
- Proactively source new business through outbound strategies (calls, emails, social, etc.)
- Respond to and convert qualified inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Execute highly personalized outreach campaigns using the Buzz AI platform and integrated sales tools
- Close deals across SMB and mid-market segments, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Consistently meet or exceed new customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in HubSpot CRM
- Share customer insights and market feedback to support ongoing product and go-to-market improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle SaaS selling.
- Proven outbound sales experience (cold calls, cold emails, social outreach)
- Experience handling and converting inbound sales inquiries to closed revenue
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (sales automation, reporting, pipeline management)
- Experience with sales tech (data enrichment, AI/automation, intent-based prospecting) is a strong plus
- Skilled in leading product demos, building value, and handling multistakeholder sales cycles
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable in a high-velocity, startup environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building skills
Bonus Points:
- Prior SaaS startup experience
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Vidyard, or similar
- Deep understanding of real estate lead gen and sales methodologies
